Using Theranest<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We use Theranest, a secure and user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, to manage your information and appointments. Through Theranest, you can <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • See and manage your appointments online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Communicate securely with your therapist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Complete intake forms and assessments prior to your sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Once we have agreed on a day and time to meet, you will receive an invitation via email to set up your Theranest account. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. It is free to sign up and you can access your Theranest from your phone or computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Virtual Sessions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    We offer the flexibility of virtual sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. Whether you’re at home, work, or on the go (just not while driving), you can connect with your therapist from anywhere. Here\u2019s what to expect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Platform<\/strong>: We conduct our virtual sessions via Doxy, a secure video conferencing platform. Once we have an appointment scheduled, you will receive the link via email to access Doxy. It is free and easy to use on your computer or phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Environment<\/strong>: You may notice different backgrounds during your sessions. This is because your therapist may be traveling and working from various locations. Rest assured, your privacy and confidentiality are always maintained, regardless of the setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preparation<\/strong>: Please ensure you have a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection for your session. Use headphones for added privacy and better sound quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
